"Cindy the pharmacist told me “they were unwilling to contact my insurance a second time” when I told her I had spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance and they provided a “second” hotline to assist the pharmacy to accurately submit their approval. Then when I explained in my disappointment I’m the patient and have played beyond my role in what a patient would normally have exposure to managing the process, She had no interest in hearing my legitimate complaint and hung up on me. I would absolutely not trust Safeway to any script, much less a controlled substance script."
"This Safeway is very nice. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The store is clean, with a large selection of items (as would be expressed). There is a large Starbucks “island” as soon as you enter - which was great for me during my visit. I wish there was a place to drink the coffee in the store"
"This place was a mess, the only staff member who managed to help me (after asking 3 others one of which ignored me) unfortunately informed me they didn't have what the website said they did. I think part of it was literally condemned. The best part of the store was a spot they where leasing out to an actual local business. Frankly I wanna find out where that small business is and shop there instead."
"The selection here is smaller than other Safeways in Colorado Springs. The plant/ floral section was huge although. I really was able to find everything I was looking for, I was just disappointed to not find the size I needed for one of the products I went for. Great location and entrances to the store."
