"Called the store due to a discrepancy on our store charge, since we were overcharged. Employee was rude and not willing to help look up our receipt information to verify the cost of the 2 items we purchased. We then drove to the store to verify the cost of the items we purchased and to ask for help and clarification, the employees were yet again not wanting to help with the matter, so now we have to come back to the store once a manager is in to see if we can get the issue resolved. The employees lack of willingness to help on a ticketing error when the store overcharged us is unacceptable, I will avoid this place from now on. Customer service is definitely lacking, and beware that they might do the same to you when you are shopping there."
"Been going here since it opened. They have a great selection of bourbon and beer. Those are the two that I mainly go for but as far as I can tell they have a great assortment of other spirits as well. The staff and owner are great. This is my primary go to place. If you are looking for allocated spirits they do use a point system but it is pretty fair if you are a loyal customer."
"Lazy staff. Instead of going the extra step to go look for a beer that’s not in shelf in cooler they just state “well if its not on shelve in cooler we must not have it”. Its not the first time service has been bad either. Ill stick to R&R liquor on Main St. The service there is amazing and they go out of their way to help you."
"Wow! What a great experience! We were looking for a special bottle of whiskey that no one else in town had and Klix delivered! The managers went out of their way to help us on very short notice. They are really knowledgeable and so friendly. Gave us another reason to shop with local businesses who know their stuff and care about their customers. This was service at its best! Thank you!"
"Klix has quickly become my favorite liquor store. They have a terrific selection, very fair and reasonable pricing, and the staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way more than once to help me with bottles I had been looking for. Highly recommend."
