I deducted a star because it's obvious there's a theft problem so there's a guard and the store appeared a bit messy."

"Customer service for employees SUCK. I work at the Ross on Southgate and asked if I could use my employee discount for my sister told me no it's ONLY for employees no its not. It's for family AND employees. Told me they couldn't do a discount WITHOUT A DISCOUNT CARD. Which is a lie cause I've GIVEN discounts without the card AND WITH A CARD. Attitude was horrible asked if the guy I work with was the one and I said yes. Told the lady checkinge out not to do the discount with me. HORRIBLE service. Please call my manager about my attitude. Can't expect me to be respectful if you won't be respectful back"
