"They delivered my groceries to the wrong address. Then, when my neighbor called the store to report it, they told her to just keep it. They have my contact info with the order, but no one contacted me. That was expensive, and they don't even care. I will never spend another penny in that store, and no one else should either. What a bunch of total morons!"

"I live very close to a King Soopers store at the intersection of Fillmore Street and centennial boulevard, Colorado Springs. To show you how important customer service is, I drive away from the store in my neighborhood to go to a store on Baptist road, both stores are King Soopers, primarily for customer service. Not just because they are friendlier, but questions are asked with a better knowledge base, and when asked a question they don't know the answer to, the associates in the store will find the answer for me. That is lacking in the store close to my home. Update: I bought potato crusted cod from the deli, it was super! So good that I called the store and commented to Jack in the deli. He was just another example great customer service. Professional as well as personable. Thank!! Thank you so so much!"

"Its about 50/50 for quality of items being stocked, we've even found expired items still being on shelf. The more annoying problem is limited checkers and that we have to use self check-out. The bag area isnt big enough to support some bags as we have to now bring our own. Takes forever to scan next item and if your stupid machine thinks you didnt scan or are attempting to take something you have to wait while your 'top investigators' try to determime what happened. Even though the screen shows two teas and there are two teas in the bag. There are multiple other stores in the area, do better."

"The staff here is petty and they make up dumb arbitrary rules. I went to this store to buy groceries with my husband. We are very clearly both in our 40s. While there we decided to buy a pack of beer to cook with. I was paying, showed my ID to the cashier while my husband was bagging the rest of my groceries. The cashier said all members of the party have to show ID to get beer. It was then that my husband realized he forgot his ID so she refused to sell beer to us, then while I was still in the store she walked around to all the other employees to point out my face to make sure no one would sell me alcohol since I was with another person who was clearly an adult that had forgotten their ID."

"Annoying political hacks always set up outside door with petitions and recalls. Store will put up signs apologizing and saying they weren’t authorized to be there then they let them back at the entrance. as if they don’t see them. Store is cramped and crowded and often out of items compared to other stores. On a positive side the employees are helpful and always nice."
