"THE WORST haircut experience I've ever had. The stylist who attempted to cut my hair was rude to begin with. I specifically asked her for a certain haircut. She proceeded to do her own thing. I stopped her as she begun and explained to her that what she was doing was not what I asked. So in the second attempt she continued to cut my hair the way she began. At that point I told her to get to a good stopping point and I'm done. She immediately said "it's a good stopping point" and haircut was over. She charged me the full price $29.00 for 5 minutes in the chair. I left very mad. I then called less than 10 minutes later to express my dissatisfaction to the manager (Christy). Who saw the whole interaction. She took my number down and said she'd call back discuss the problem. She never called back. My wife then called today to see if it's possible to get a refund for my butchered haircut. Christy the SAME manager as yesterday got into a verbal altercation with my wife over "who to believe" me or the stylist. And according to Christy I didn't leave butchered "she saw me when I left". I know what I wanted when I got there and left BUTCHERED. If that's a good haircut to anyone you shouldn't be cutting hair much less the manager. And the verbal altercation on the phone with her was very unprofessional and out of line. Would not recommend this place."
"Sara D. Is the bomb. Always a great cut, great conversation and professional attitude. She is my preferred cutter and I can’t imagine my head getting cut by anyone else. The store too is awesome and all the cutters are great, even if do have a fav. Keep up the great work!"
