"First time walking into this store. I was greeted by a nice gentleman which I sadly forgot his name. He gave me a tour of the handgun section, explained and offered guns base on my need. The process was nice and smooth all of the staff treated me well, even when I messed up the forms. I recommend this store and for sure i'll visit again."

"Overall a great place to shop. Had a delay in picking up a firearm due to a change in hours for Halloween. The owner did try to call me, but I’m not allowed to have my phone where I work so I missed his call, showed up 4 minutes before the team closed, and wasn’t allowed to pick up my firearm. I went in today to pick it up and immediately Jeff, the owner, came out and apologized. Jeff is a sincere and great owner for the largest gun store in town. He’ll go out of his way to ensure every transaction is your best one. The team is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the market for your first gun or your thousanth."
"I’ve been a customer for 25 years. About a year ago, I left my name and number with the store asking them to call me when a popular rifle was in stock. Recently, I got a call and they had the rifle and offered to hold one for me. I headed right down to the store and bought the rifle, with a trade in by the way. They do that there. You have to respect that kind of follow up. The rifle I wanted is flying off the shelves these days and they don’t have to rely on a wait list to make sales, but they honored it. It’s one big family there and they’ll treat you fairly at Specialty Sports."
"Not sure why a lot of these people are saying they felt pushy vibes and what not when making a purchase. I went in to get a Glock 45, the gentleman who helped me at the counter gave 2 others similar in model to see which one would be best for me. All similar in price. Ended up getting the Glock 45 too include a Streamlight, and about 300 rounds of 9mm. Customer service was amazing and atmosphere was incredible. Highly recommend!"
