"Miserable service. When you call no answer. Folks at 800 number tried calling Evergreen branch no answer. Drove over ten miles to cash a large government check, Main nr said they should have funds available,no problem. They did not and had to order two days later. They always blame p problems on other things not on poor management. We went early in the morning."

"Impossible to reach anyone. Needed emergency access to a safe deposit box, but no way to contact anyone. Only way to do it was to make an appointment online, and no way to do a same day appointment. Have a problem? Tough noogies. After nearly 20 years, I might need a better option. If the service is like an internet bank, I should at least save money on my mortgage and use one."

"This would be a great bank if it was 1985. It doesnt take other banks as long to do just about any transaction you want. The app is slow and virtually useless compared even with traditionally bad banks like Wells Fargo. Why go here when Chase is just up the street (Not to mention in a million more places) with better service and better finance options (read BETTER EVERYTHING). I lost two subcontractors in my business because I couldn't pay on time due to this bank holding a deposit for 8 days. This being the 21st century, I would expect my deposits to be available in less than a week. They now have left a response to my review asking for more info. I have already gone over every problem in detail with the employees on site, and with the website I left a complete explanation. Seems like the canned response to the bad review doesnt always apply."

"Waited 10+ minutes in line as the only person in line to simply cash a check drawn on their bank. There are only 2 people apparently working on Tuesday afternoons and both were already helping customers with new accounts. Finally got out of the bank after more than 15 minutes and was late to my doctor appointment as a result. Was looking for a new bank. It won't be here!"

"I used to bank here when I was barely making ends meet. One time I overdrafted my account by less than ten dollars. I was not notified or receive notice until 100.00 in penalties had added up. It was the only time I had ever overdrafted.I asked them to waive the fee as it was a tough time for me, the manager refused and I had to pay the money to not hurt my credit back then. I will never use US Bank ever. Now I make many times over the money I did back then, and another bank happily helps me with it."
