"I opened my account here customer service was great was in and out within 30min but I did have an appointment. ATMS at this location suck they never work. So you have to go in and wait in line unfortunately which is why I am giving 3 stars."
"the drive-thru atms have been broken more times than not for the last couple weeks. no clue what's wrong with them but it doesn't seem like they're putting much effort in to fix them. the weird thing is that there have been a couple days at least one of them was working fine but it hasn't lasted for long."
"ZERO stars is not an option but that is the rating Canvas Credit Union deserves. Stay away from Canvas Credit Union. This institution doesn't care about helping people. It's all about collecting variable interest rates on Home Equity loans and forcing folks to lose their homes. You will NEVER pay their HELOC off unless you sell your home ! There's a special place for FI's of this ilk. Canvas: the Credit union that advocates for people losing their homes."
