"The store is great. The pale redhead with too much makeup at the register is rude (Jennifer/Jessica?). Her manner of speaking to the customers is horrible. The lady in front of me had an issue with her card, and she shouting "rejected" was incredibly rude. Eye roll, "You want to try that again?" Eye roll. I have never come so close to slapping an employee."
"Ok so there is a beautifully older lady who works nights. I came in and i needed help i am zapped of energy. So my husband and i go in late and my husband can well look kind of shady he isn't but he looks it. She comes up nice as can be and asks can she help us oh absolutely she can she went through everything with us , explained products they had didn't try to sell us just gave facts or what the product claimed. She even explained to my husband who has a million questions because he is an ex drug user and is now a health nut and worried about everything that goes into our bodies. She took her time and i found something that worked for me and spent that night under 10 bucks That's not much when you're trying stuff right. Granted we did go back and buy the big package but it wasn't stressful or costly to experiment. Also the other employees are so nice and friendly so family oriented cashier has the cutest son he showed us pictures. That makes a real difference. When you feel like they care guess what we care too! Thank you I'll always go back. Thank you."
"The store is great, but the checkout lines are ridiculously slow. Particularly one person whose name starts with a W. He is incredibly nice, courteous and trying so hard to make conversation. But so many times, I'm just in a hurry to check out and go. I wish you guys would have more than one lane open. I've never seen anything but one lane open when I come in the mornings."
"So tired of coming here for lunch and the staff at the deli just makes me feel bad for even ordering. Like it’s so inconvenient for the staff to do their job. I’m working too I don’t need you negative attitude to impact my day. I can guarantee the sprouts corporation did not intend for this when they decided to offer made to order sandwiches at their deli."
