"The facility is well maintained, convenient to get to, and not intimidating in any way. The staff is wonderful; knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive in all the right ways! Just an excellent experience all around. As a newer gun owner, I asked tons of questions, and the entire staff, took the time to talk, and explain things in an amazingly patient manner. Because of this, I joined as a member, and visit regularly (and have added to my weapon collection). I'll be taking some new dates there, as well as teaching my teenage daughters there to learn to shoot as well. Also, great rental options as well. A few personal experiences: Nick (gunsmith), answered so many initial questions, and helped me confirm/verify I had "zeroed" my new firearm (red dot) appropriately, He joined me at the lane, tested a few rounds, explained some great things about the weapon to me, made two slight adjustments, and had me check how it felt (Fing fantastic btw) and the confidence in the gun and sight i left with felt was amazing. Thank you Nick! Kenton, Dominick, Tyko, and Rose, make me feel truly welcome (even special) every time I come in or finish my lane time. They've all given me true support, and "honest" advice and knowledgeable opinions regarding various topics, weapons, and ammo, which has helped me add to my collection. Thanks to all! Special shout out to Kenton, who helped me with an unexpected issue (jamming slide on a brand new weapon). He explained why it likely happened (factory lubricant challenge), and even took the time to demonstrate and explain breaking it down, cleaning out the factory lube, and applying some new (definitely fixed the initial issue! :-) He also pointed out some of the nuances of that particular brand, and I left feeling more confident in my new gun and excited for the next chance to fire and learn about it more. "The staff was very friendly and very attentive, kudos to them! But no range officer? Come on guys, put forth some effort to protect the range and all others, I won't go into detail, but there could have been a very bad accident in the booth next to me. Great staff, but wondering if safety is as much of a priority as it should be."

"When it's freezing cold out and I wanted to shoot I went here, I wasn't disappointed. Rose helped me out and was really nice the whole time and helped with everything I needed even though I was there for a couple hours. Everyone was kind and helpful while I was there. Luckily I know how to load, use and shoot rifles but when I needed a hand with trying other weapons they were more than happy to help. I got to shoot my first pistol and though the max distance is 18 meters, I asked for some small target which they provided for free. They also have some fun shooting targets that look like a carnival game, so there's potential fun for dates or just for fun."
