"I have no idea who the people are making negative reviews containing blatant lies, but I have been going to this gym since it opened. I helped build it and expand it with my own two hands, and I know everyone who has come in and out of this gym since it has opened. This gym has always been clean, professional, and welcoming. Our coaches are constantly learning, they have our best interests at heart and among the most caring people I have ever met in my life. Classes are fun and safe. The community here is incredible. We have some of the best people and coming to class is the highlight of my day. If you are curious about CrossFit or our people, come in and meet us and see for yourself. We welcome you!"
"I moved to Rifle in 2019 and was used to the big city CrossFit gym. I was so happy to find a gym with such a welcoming and friendly community where I could continue to safely challenge myself! Whether it’s the staff helping with form and mobility, to the athletes cheering their hearts out for the last few to finish - you’ll find a workout home here for all experience levels! I love how clean and spacious the gym is and the class schedule. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find such a marvelous CrossFit gym in this valley!!"

From the moment you walk in, everyone is super nice and the owners (Karna and Sam) make sure that you feel welcomed. "I’ve been going to this gym for about 3 1/2 years now. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. The community of people that are members are incredible...it’s like a family and anyone new can feel that when they walk in and feel included. The place is kept spotless and members pitch in to clean up their equipment after use. Highly recommend you try out a class!!"
