"It's always a great experience shopping here. I come here because they really know feet.....flat, wide, high arch, etc., and then they know the correct footwear to match. I was in on a Sunday afternoon this time. It was moderately busy. I waited just a few minutes for assistance, but when it was my turn, I was not at all rushed. Excellent customer service. I was happy with my new purchases...shoes and shoe inserts. Yes, they are pricey, but the quality and service are worth it. I also feel whatever you buy here will last a long while and not wear out so quickly."

"Recent experience, staff was not knowledgeable. I was looking for a work shoe, the only shoe that I liked was on the clearance rack. I was told they couldn't order off the clearance rack, because the manufacturer may have discontinued the shoe. I looked it up myself and they do infact still manufacture the shoe. Very disappointed, and dissatisfied."
"Great first experience, I was greeted right away, and helped out by Connor, a great employee who was very helpful and insightful, and found the size I wanted to try for every shoe. The prices are crazy, but if you have the money, the price is right."
"I love the selection. They only sell good quality shoes. The staff is pretty nice. A nice gentleman sold me Ugg slippers that I love. The only reason I did not give five stars is the prices are really high, as is most everything downtown, so I feel at least they should have better clearance and sale prices."
