"Kathleen helped me pick out the perfect recliner for my needs. It was on sale and ended up being half off. She was so pleasant and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My recliner arrived today, on time and carefully delivered. I’m so happy with it. It’s very attractive , excellent quality and super comfortable. Good warranty, too. I’ve been in it for 2 hours now and it feels wonderful. I’d been looking online for a recliner for about two months and finally decided on Lazy Boy because of its reputation."
