"This is one of the nicest bike shops I’ve ever visited. My rack broke and my bike brakes quit in the wild and we met a trail fairy who advised going here. The staff went above and beyond trying to repair my existing set up the first afternoon, and then worked through the following morning to get me rolling when we exhausted that option. They explained everything well and I left knowing more about my bike than u did coming in the door. The clothing selection (best women’s clothing selection I’ve ever seen in a bike shop) and people are also all top notch."

"OTE in Fruita has a knowledgeable and friendly staff, always willing to help you figure out sizes or answer questions, etc. They have a variety of gear and essentials in-stock and plenty of bikes to try out/demo as well as to purchase. They can order most of their items online, too, if not readily available at the store. I have purchased many things (helmets, clothing, knee pads, gloves, maintenance items for our mtn bikes…) from OTE and have been happy with the quality and availability on everything. I appreciate their professionalism and enjoy the positive, personable experience every time we come in. Stop in and visit them sometime! It’s a great atmosphere!"
