"Ugh. Checked out some places to try for a beard trim and this one popped up. Great reviews so I gave it a shot (same day appointment too). I went online and chose the detailed beard trim and any available barber. When I arrived the guy was nice enough but he told me he can't do the detailing with the razor since he's not a barber. I could wait another hour or they could try and have a barber finish me. I opted for just the normal beard trim. Started off great. I told him I liked the V shape and to keep that but take an inch off and blend it. When he was done I about fell out of the chair. He hacked me to pieces. I didn't dare risk any more damage so I left. I now need to find someone to fix this. It might have completely ruined my beard. The photos say everything..."
