"Take your business elsewhere. Worked with Leo asked him to give me a quote and what I needed to in-house financing on Thursday. Gave me the quote and paperwork to fill out told me how much down I needed. Saturday, I came up with the money, turned in the paperwork as well as everything I need to provide, he told me I need to come up with more, an extra $100. I explained to him that he built the quote and I came through with what he asked for which was $300. Didn’t know what to say kinda walked away… he then asked again if I could come up with $50 more instead of the $100. I again told him I came in with what he asked me for from the start. Ridiculous! Just for a mattress. No box spring, no frame, and was willing to pay the price of $869.00. Casa Hermosa is a big no for me and will not recommend them to anyone."

"Leo is the best Made our shopping easy and fun. cant say enough good things about the customer service we goy. However when they had us do the 90 day same as cash financing it sounded awesome , not so the Acima credit company is a rip off I had a payment to come out and they only took a portion and put the rest back in my bank acct. I'm not sure what's going on here but i'm not going to let them get me for 7000.00 when my Bal is 2400.00 I mad Extra Payments and they never Pulled them from my bank acct my bal is still the same and no draft ever hit the bank. PEOPLE BEWAR OF ACIMA FINANCING."
