"Want your storage unit burglarized? Affordable Delta Storage! Owned by Diana Hudnell LLC of Choice Properties, is the place to go! Had $3,600 worth of business assets burglarized! They had the audacity to tell me, that I may have forgotten to put the lock on!? I've NEVER once see. That happen! Especially with a unit that has thousands of dollars in BUSINESS assets! That's absolutely impossible. Did the police help? Nope.. Merely took a report! Did Affordable storage give me camera footage? Nope, refused... They claim to have provided it to the police but I don't believe that for a second. If so, where's my stuff and why are the people responsible for it, NOT in jail? It was a felony to break-in to my until, a felony burglarizing and stealing the stuff, and a felony trying to offload or sell it. You can't tell me they couldn't put someone in jail! What's the point of the camera? And lastly for right now, until I edit this in the future with additional information.. If you fail to pay for your unit, it won't get auctioned off at all. Instead it will get cleared out by management ("Rochelle Ramirez" and her husband "Octavio Ramirez") in then gets sold on the FB marketplace, on their personal Facebook pages! That is most certainly illegal! This information will be passed on to Delta PD to have them investigated, tomorrow! (July 1st 2019) April 20th 2020 there was yet another burglary!!"
