"Latherhouse! How I love thee. I came to the salon for color correction last year, and have been a devoted client because of the magical hands of Kimmy! She's a color master. And now, even more fun, the addition of extensions! I bravely ventured into the world of extensions, and walked out feeling like a superstar, with hair flowing like I'm perpetually in a shampoo commercial. The blend is seamless. If you're looking to elevate your hair game and possibly fool yourself and others into believing you were born with lusciously long locks, this salon, and Kimmy, should be your go-to. I can't recommend them enough! Love you guys!"

"The staff here is wonderful! After some personal health setbacks, I found my hair in a state of tangled that was just to much for me to manage myself and the staff generously donated their time to untangle it, wash it well, and give me a new manageable haircut. They also gave all 4 of my boys fantastic haircuts, and the staff made sure they were occupied and had snacks so I could have mine done. The kindness and patience of these staff members is above and beyond anything I could have imagined."

"Love visiting this salon - I'm new to the area and have tried others, but been consistently unhappy. Nick has colored and cut my hair 3 times now, and every time I've loved the end result. Also worth pointing out that I have naturally wavy/borderline curly hair, and he knows how to properly style and color to suit it. I will say though that they tend to underestimate appointment times, so I'm typically waiting if I book later in the day, and in the chair longer than expected."

"You'll walk out of here WORSE than when you came in!! I wish I could rate this place lower than a one star. If you have dark hair BEWARE. I called and asked for someone who specializes in color and they booked me with someone who they warned me couldn't cut hair (which should have been my first sign). I asked for all over hair color which we had to come to a compromise of because my hair had a "band" of darker hair so they said they would use that tone to match the rest of my hair. Immediately when my hair was being washed I knew something was wrong and the stylist apologized because she didn't get the formula right. She mentioned switching to a new brand, Wella, and sometimes the formula is slightly off so she messed up. It was a much more violet red than we gad decided on so she offered to have me come in to get it redone. The second time I spent four hours there and immediately again when they washed my hair i knew something was wrong. The stylist was silent and didn't say one word until my hair was dried bc she knew how bad it was. The hair color was still more violet than we discussed and my roots were starkly much much darker and not blended at all. It looks like my roots weren't even dyed. I've never had such horrible work on my hair before and never walked out with my roots so unblended. I called the owner and she said I'm not accepting the scientific logic of why my hair looks like this and said my roots were blended well. Take a look for yourself and decide. (l posted a photo) Their communication is horrible (which they admitted) their approach was wrong (which they admitted) and they're not even offering a refund for such miserable work. Again, if you have dark hair, be wary about coming here. It’s clear they don’t know how to approach it and can’t take accountability for when it’s wrong. Edit: What an apathetic sarcastic “awe”. Her response mirrors the lack of explanation given for the horrible root job. A compromise in color should not affect the ability to color my roots or at the very least blend it well. I’m sick of being gaslit into thinking these roots are dyed well when I’ve been getting my hair dyed well for more than a decade. I have been extremely courteous by not naming the specific stylist because I believe the salon should take accountability. Whatever “free” services spiel is to rectify their mistakes. I paid over $200 without a refund and I just hope no one else makes the same mistake and trusts this salon."
