"The bathrooms are disgusting. I'm a dasher that made a complaint yesterday about them being disgusting and they still haven't been cleaned today. I don't know how customers don't complain!!! The worst part is you have to ask for a code to even get in them. Evidently the cleaners forgot the code."

"I really wanted to like this location but I’m literally just irritated at this point. I ordered a pretty simple order and for some reason it can never just be right . Today was my finally straw!! I asked my usual iced duppio Expresso , two pumps white mocha , splash of oat milk and vanilla cold foam in a grande cup . I get a tall cup back a ton of milk and the weirdest lid. I ended up throwing the drink cause I’m fed up. It’s looks like the hole to drink out of was cut in some weird way . It completely turned me off .. I feel like the baristas need to be on the same page of how to make drinks it’s a hit or miss everytime I order this drink at this location. I’m concerned about that lid more so as of today. But maybe recommend to get all baristas on the same page . Thanks"
