"Dino land. Bring your Dino card and you’ll save some cheese. The throne room here has one of those forever loop paper towels made of cotton that makes your hands feel a lil dirtiest and a lot dry tho. Dry as the Mohave! Dino safari! Dino statue out front is on point. Put up the secure car for my friends dad. You’ll see when you’re in there but they have some “fun” vending machines in the throne room that may come in handy if you on the town."

"The store is under new ownership as of 2022 and the staff now is very friendly, and listens to customers input to improve any way they can. Will be "my store" from now on!"

"I was just at this store which displays a request for it's patrons to please wear a mask if entering to shop. I opened the door and standing by the counter was a young man without a mask. He didn't appear to be buying anything just visiting. Before entering I asked him where his mask was, he replied he didn't have one. The women working there began yelling at me that he didn't have to wear one because he has asthma, (she obviously knew him) then she began to yell at me to shut the door, then she came around the counter at me very angry and yelling told me he had a right to shop there, she also was not wearing a mask. I asked if he could step away from the counter then and she replied no he doesn't have to. So I left and will probably never go back to this store after being treated so rudely. I got the impression that she is the manager of this store, I could be wrong."

"If I could give them a zero star review I would, very bad customer service. Mean employees. She was very rude, refused to wear a mask, and only talked about herself and her "new hair" to random customers, she had a very snarky personality and was super stuck up, called us scammers for wanting to cash in coins for bills, she screamed at us to leave, we did, she then left the store unintended to scream at us some more outside, made us go back, threw coins at us, threw out a few F bombs to minors, cussed at us some more and stole my popcorn and banned us. :) I do not recommend."

"I will reporting this location to the ADA but for customer review purposes and not having a direct website to contact owner/management, I'm taking the responsibility of making sure business owners educate their employees on ADA regulations. I walked into the store and had the cashier, I front of the entire line of people, loudly tell me i couldn't be in the store and me try to figure out exactly what the issue is, she then talks over me in a very rude way until I finally hear her say something along the lines of "is he labeled, it's my responsibility to ask that". No, actually it isn. Anyone inquiring MAY ask if the dog is a service animal and may ask how he is of service. Legally service animals do not need to be labeled and the treatment I received was enough to make having a service animal more or a situation then having just gone inside the location on my own. I've learned to respond better but it's been about 20 minutes and I'm still sitting in my vehicle trying to calm down. I HIGHLY suggest that whomever you're hiring is VERY clear with how to speak to a person with a service animal because I'm pretty sure you don't want to cause someone to get triggered to a point where you have to now call on medical professionals. It is ILLEGAL to question and inquire on disability and had the person simply asked "is that a service animal" I would have simply been able to respond with a yes and nothing would have happened."
