"My son was “on deck” for 45min, and wasn’t even that busy. No sense of urgency at all. Stylist taking 10-15 min in between clients just gabbing and giggling with each other. For the cost, might as well go with Floyd’s. Only $4 more and much more efficient and personable experience."

"I showed a pictured and asked if it could be done or if I should just get a more traditional cut. Picture was attempted and thoroughly missed the mark. I showed a fade and was offered skin or a 1, and decided to start with a 1 and go down if preferred. I thought going to skin was going to be a fade, it was just clipped down with no guard. The stylist mentioned the 7 day satisfaction guarantee, but there is nothing left to fix. I was never shown the haircut with a mirror nor upgraded to any of the MVP perks for my first time there, making this my last visit with Monument Sport Clips."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at this sports clips location. The wait time said 35 minutes for one son and 40 minutes for the other. There were 4 stylists working so I figured it would go pretty quickly. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours just for my first son to get in a chair. We were sitting in the store the entire time. One stylist finished a haircut and then started to fold towels, the second stylist cleaned clipper guards and then walked around for a while looking busy, the third stylist disappeared in the back for a while. I watched them chat amongst each other multiple times instead of cutting anyone's hair. Then I watched two stylists clock out even after we had been waiting for an hour and a half for a haircut (trying to be really patient watching them do everything but cut hair for about a half hour). The picture includes 3 of them not cutting hair (the fourth stylist is cutting hair on the left behind the wall). Then, in the middle of my son's haircut, the stylist stopped and checked her phone for about 4 minutes. (Another picture included of her looking at her phone, near the TV on the right) I was livid to say the least but didn't want to act like a Karen and then have my kid's haircut turn out like trash. Well guess what one of my son's haircuts turned out like trash anyways. It looked like it had been cut with buzzers which I could have totally done at home by myself."
