"I’m going to start by saying that I seriously didn’t even want to give this place a 1 star. I came into this shop with thick full pretty , strong NATURAL nails to get my nails done for my birthday. When I go to any other nail shop I get shellac over my real nails and a design. They do the normal filing and buffing, my nails come out fine. The lady at THIS particular nail shop literally filled my nails so thin that they folded over with ease, when I walked out I had shellac acrylic all over the skin on my hands and over my cuticles. The nails lasted 5 days, first one nail popped off taking my real nail with it, next a nail peeled off also taking my real nail. The last strike is when one popped off as I was scratching my arm, my real nail still on but it only lasted on my fingers for about 30 minutes before it started to hang from being so extremely thin. At this point I’D HAD IT! I took finger nail clippers and clipped the remaining nails off, I brought some stuff from Sally’s to soak the shellac off my nail bed as well. THAT WAS ALL IN JULY! Since then I’ve tried everything thing I could to get my nails back strong and back to their natural length with absolutely no luck, I’m afraid to go and get my nails redone because I feel like if they try to buff my nails it will hurt because of how thin they still are from July to September no matter what I do! Originally once one of my nails brakes, they are growing back in less than a week but they have yet to grow any length to them at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! I’m so disappointed and sad about my nails and I hope I can find something to get them growing back normal again but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come here! She will take 3 hours on your nails just to destroy them!!!!"

"It took 3 hours for a full set! The shop was very unorganized, boxes of junk piled everywhere. The polishes are all in old grocery boxes so it it took forever to dig out what i wanted. Somehow there is gel polish all over my skin. She was nice but not at all worth 3 hours of my time."

"Had a really enjoyable experience Miss Kim did a really good job on my nails and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and took her time and was very consistent with her work it's not like an ordinary Salon. Where they just rush you out as soon as you're done and do a quick job file she made it was even all the way through on my acrylics was done well also made sure i liked the nail shape and thickness of them will definitely be back"
