"2 stars because the place itself is beautiful and clean. Here’s the story: I made an appointment online and when they called to confirm I asked how much it would be for toes color change (no full pedicure because I had a spray tan done) and dip manicure. They said $70. When I got there for my appointment, the man who worked there never introduced himself. He convinced me to try this new type of “dip” thats more of a gel that’s thinner than how dip is and lasts really well. I asked if it was more expensive or takes longer and he said no. Two hours and some change later and we’re done. Go to pay. I give him my card. As he’s running it I ask how much and he says $95! I told him he told me $70 on the phone the day before! He wouldn’t budge so I paid. I know I should have confirmed price when I got there but didn’t think it would be THIS off! $25 difference!? I wouldn’t mind paying that if they stayed looking good! Well, now I’m mad. A week later and my nails look like this! And my toes the same! My cuticles are awful as I’m a nurse so not mad about those, but this special gel “dip” he convinced me to use started chipping right away and now it’s just getting worse and worse. I’m so disappointed and hate paying so much for such an awful job. Please be hesitant going here."
