"I had a rather unpleasant experience today at this establishment. Despite being a long-time customer, my appointment at 12pm did not go as smoothly as usual. Ben and his wife, who have always been kind in the past, seemed quite overwhelmed by the sudden influx of customers. In his haste to attend to everyone, Ben rushed through my treatment. I could tell he was under a lot of pressure, particularly with four other women waiting. He asked me to go sit and get my toes done while he started on another client , without finishing my nails, and stated he’d finish them later . which I found unacceptable considering I had made an appointment. To make matters worse, he tried to charge me for a full set of nails even though he hadn't completed the job. As tensions rose, Ben (the owner ) became increasingly confrontational and raised his voice. The situation escalated when the four other customers, who exhibited unruly behavior, started to threaten and intimidate me. Ben intervened by pushing one of the women back and laughed as they were both mocking me. Eventually, I left that horrible place. Shaking and crying uncontrollably. This incident revealed Ben and his wife's unprofessional and violent side. Their apparent prioritization of quantity over quality, coupled with their aggressive behavior, has led me to reconsider my patronage of this spa. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment, as the negative and violent experience is simply not worth it."

"These people don’t like black people. I just tried to schedule an appointment and she talked me out of it. She said we only have two techs so you may want to go somewhere else. I will gladly go elsewhere. She never knew what service I was looking for. She could here the blackness in my voice. They over here talking about us and taking our money"

"If you are looking for a decent pedicure do not go HERE! They use kid polish that slides off YOUR TOENAILS when you walk out the door. You make a complaint and they DON'T EVEN offer TO fix their mistakes with REAL POLISH. DON'T WASTE YOUR $75 find a real PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS ...no wonder there were no customers their service SUCKS! GLAD I DIDN'T TIP THESE CROOKS.... I Always TIP when service is satisfactory."

"We came in from Kansas City, MO while we were in town and Ben did what he needed to do! He was also very kind and was giving us suggestions on places to visit. My nails were only $60! I would definitely recommend!"
