"Absolutely the best first time brazialian wax appointment with Rosa. She was quick, confident, she kept the whole thing very simple and the results for me so far are great! I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs. She definitely knows her stuff and makes anyone and everyone feel comfortable. She really made the entire experience a pleasant one. I know not everyone is as lucky for their first time. Rosa can fix that if not."

"I like how fast and easy the experience was. I also got my eyebrows done, never has anyone ripped skin off my eyelid before but I have scabbing on my right side. I just might not get my eyebrows done. I also wished it was more of a calming experience, the lady I had was loud the whole time, she was very nice though and told me what she was doing the whole time."

"I had a membership here for past 6 months, seeing Holly every 4 weeks. I specifically booked my appointments with Holly. Last week I was surprised with a different esthetician taking over Holly’s appointments because she quit (understandable). I received no notice that my appointment was being handled by someone other than the person I scheduled to see. Making matters worse, the new esthetician didn’t sanitize the table in between customers. Or even fully cover the table with paper, leaving half my body on the unsanitized table. The wax itself was so ridiculously bad, leaving huge sections either irritated from repeated applications of wax or covered in hair still. This is hair that has been waxed for the past 5 months prior to the appointment without issue. I don’t blame the new esthetician, she’s young and said it was one of her first real jobs waxing. But management has failed to get back to me regarding the substitution of the estheticians vastly different qualifications and without giving even notice so that I could decide whether to keep the appointment with someone new. Management has similarly failed to respond to my attempts at resolving the issue of paying services that were inadequate and unhygienic. So I’m leaving this review. Because Hello Sugar apparently doesn’t feel the need to hold itself accountable."

"I booked a Brazilian wax for the first time with Holly and she was fantastic! Super nice, very informative, knowledgeable and had nice conversation. I had come to Hello Sugar after leaving undone from another place, and she was very gentle and friendly in getting me to tip top shape. Places I had been to before didn’t usually do the whole butt strip with the Brazilian but they do here and it was a wonderful experience that to me had sealed the deal in me becoming a regular. The whole process was very soothing, and the room was very comfortable. She also let me know about their membership and was able to help me get signed up for it and get on the books for my next appointment as well. I haven’t tried the sugaring but she explained it was a slightly different process than waxing, maybe once I’m more established I shall try it. I have definitely found a new spot to call home!"
