"I came in and brought my own gems & pearls to put on my nails and also asked if it was okay to bring my own & they told me yes. I showed the guy a picture of how I wanted it to look as well. He cut my cuticle & the whole time they were crowding where I was sitting and laughing and talking about me. I heard the lady say “you cut her cuticle” and she laughed.. they didn't know I could understand them. I was uncomfortable the remaining of getting my nails done and decided not to get my toes done after all. My nails look good enough but not like the picture i showed him, and he rushed it and just carelessly put the gems on, some of them are flipped upside down & it looks clumpy. I only tipped because they made a comment and said “cheap cheap cheap” I wasn't being cheap but wasn't sure if they had pearls so I brought my own. Anyways, be more kind and not speak about your guests because some may understand you.."

"I've gone to this nail place a few times, and they always do a really good job. They take their time to make everything just right. They can do different designs and they try hard to give you what you want. The place is clean and the people who work there are nice. I get coupons for this place a lot, and they're always happy to use them. On weekends, it gets crowded, so it's a good idea to make an appointment."
