"This was the first and absolutely the last time shopping at this location. Three employees standing and talking at the front of the store and none of them greeted me. The only attention that I received was from the manager who kept watching me as if I was going to steal something. I will return to the Northfield store where they know treat customers."
"The most helpful Manager and staff. I was looking for a scrub that had been a freebie on a previous visit. Loved it and the team went out of their way to help me. Customer service on the 800 number line SUCKS! They are customer service representatives who hang up on you, are rude, condescending, and just completely do not understand what customer service is! Shame on Ultra Beauty's customer service hotline! My suggestion is to shop at this location in Aurora and NEVER ORDER FOR ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE! If anything goes wrong... you are out of luck"
