"i came in for a 5pm appointment and was not helped until 5:20, i was willing to wait since i could see they were busy. however when i was finally helped, the woman who did my pedicure did not use clean tools, she did not push back the cuticle, nor did she use any lotion or oil. i start to put on my shoes & the lady managing had to tell her to use lotion.. i got a pink and white french and none of the nails are the same length. she painted on top of the cuticle and the french lines are crooked. she also cut my toe nail extremely short and started to bleed. PLEASE be careful coming here, would not recommend."
