"Went for pedicures. We picked the second pedicure in the list and when asked if we wanted to add a second foot treatment for $14 more, we both declined. They rushed once they realized we weren’t spending more than the $46 for the pedicure we chose. Didn’t even add top coat. This is the following morning (all I did after the appointment was go to a movie so nothing hard on my feet) and you can see both big toes are already peeling. I will never be back. Wish I could take my 20% tip back."

"I met a few girlfriends at this spa for nails. We were assured by the scheduler that we would all be seated together which was not the case. We were separated almost immediately which lasted the entire appointment. The more concerning issues were the rushed experience, clear missteps made by the technician, and the damage done to my nails. I have been getting dip for over five years, almost religiously. I got my nails done on a Friday afternoon, and by Friday night, two of the (entire) nails ripped off without force. Not only did the entirety of the dip rip off the nails, but it took the tips of my nails along with it. I can say with absolute certainty, that this has never happened to me before. Sure, dip can chip, but never have I ever lost entire nails, ESPECIALLY less than 12 hours after being serviced. I tried to explain the issues to the manager, and was immediately met with disbelief and was asked to come show them at the salon. I was happy to provide photos and explained that I do not live in the area so it is not at all convenient for me to come back in. I kindly requested a full refund as I will have to get them completely redone elsewhere. After photos were provided, I did not hear back from him until I followed up. I was told that they would fix the mistakes, but was assured that this “could have happened for many reasons”. Which is false. There were steps missed in the process that clearly lead to damage and breakage. I was also offered a 25% discount should I choose to come back another time. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Although the aesthetic of the vicinity appears luxurious, they overbook themselves, leaving the frantic technicians to mis basic steps. I am also very surprised at the lack of resolution and ownership."

"DIRTY and RUDE I was shocked at how rude the staff were and how dirty this place is. Most staff do not wear gloves the hand dryers are full of dirt. They even insisted we pay before they completed the manicure so “we didn’t smidge our nails” then they disappeared"

"Went in with a friend to get shellac manicure on my own long nails. Nail lady was insistent I cut my nail length, which I did not want to do, but she kept saying uneven too long. I finally agreed since she said she would only take a bit off. The next day, I had 3 broken nails down to the nail bed. Two of the three nails were bleeding. To pay for a higher end salon and the next day have 3 broken nails is outrageous. I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone."
