"Asked for a retouch of highlights,I had left with very damaged hair and three different colors in my hair such as white, yellow, and orange.I had brought it to Kim the stylist attention and she got mad then made many excuses as to why my hair wasn’t right. She had bleached my already bleached hair which turned white and broke off some of my hair as well.Very displeased with the service I received by Kim."
