"I may have gone in with too high expectations. I brought in a custom design, and while I didn't expect it to perfectly match, a lot of the details look sloppy. There are spots where the polish is too thin, so you see the color underneath and certain details look smudged. I got the feeling she rushed through it."

"I went in for a rebase a few days ago and literally the day afterwards my nails had turned from from blue to this really gross like splotchy algae green color? Some of them were completely green instead of the color I picked out. I tried to see if it was just the top coat by filing it off and it went all the way through so I just took them all off at that point. Huge waste of $55."

Always does an amazing job I work in food service and haven't had any problems with nails not lasting the first picture is from today Saint Patrick's Day my green tips this is after 3 weeks from getting rebase. I love getting french tips with squared off nails the pictures from the other reviewers don't look like they were from the same salon they always do super clean smile lines on French tips I don't think the reviewers in the comments below we're from the same Bella nails. And they are always gentle and aware of when filing too close. Never had a problem with being burned or injured. That's why I trust them with my 6 year olds nails. Love this salon and the workers!"

"I previously had black nails and went in for a French tip design and it was the worst experience I’ve had ever… he didn’t even bother taking off all my nail polish before starting and because it’s clear nail polish you can clearly see the old color. So unpleasant to look at. Now have to go get them redone somewhere else. SUCH A WAIST OF MONEY!!"
