"I have never been to such unprofessional stylist. Doesn't talk at all!! Over priced for the terrible services. First time color and trim was uneven all over. Second visit. Again uneven color and trim. My color up above forehead. After the color my color looked like it was grown out for 8wks. .I will never, ever go back. The most horrible experience with a new salon. I will not recommend anyone to go to this so called salon!"

"I am from out of town, visiting from Arizona. I needed a change really bad ! They were able to fit me right in. Because it was a drastic change I was asking for, she really made it a point to make sure I understood the haircut I was getting. I appreciated that. At the end of it all I loved, loved loved my haircut, woke up and am still I love with this drastic change ! Thank you divine experience for lightening my load a little bit and having some of the best customer service to date."

"I was going to leave this alone, as I believed the owner was having a bad day, but after a couple weeks I feel I must warn others to avoid this business. I had asked for someone comfortable with doing a short haircut. I attempted to trust the process and trust the owner that she would know what she was doing. I was HORRIBLY mistaken. Not only was my haircut atrocious, she pulled so hard on my hair that I was left with a sore scalp for a solid 4 days after. She belittled me and was unbelievably rude and I Ieft sobbing. What made me come back to review is that fact my scalp has been left with postules and is itching unlike anything I've ever experienced before. After consulting a dermatologist, she informed me I had Folliculitus. An infection of the scalp caused by staphylococcus. Meaning the owner did not clean her tools and had developed a fungal infection inside her electric razor. Never have I had such a horrid experience. The owner appears to have lost all passion for her work. The unfortunate reviews about this being a dirty establishment are completely true."

"I decided to get my hair cut the other day and decided to go here since it had walk-ins. The first thing I noticed was how clean and bright the place was. Everyone was very nice and even though I didn't have an appointment I didn't have to wait very long at all. I found out they do massages there so I decided to give it a try another day, it was great made me feel relaxed. I can't say anything about the nails since well I'm a man so don't need my nails done sorry. I can't say enough good things about Divine Experience and Phylisa. If I had a wife I would definitely have her go there!"
