"I made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived to find no one there! Was informed by a gentleman that works in the mini mall that they had not been there at all today. Thoroughly disappointed. Poor poor reflection on this community. Needless to say I won’t be giving this salon another thought."

"I went in to the salon with my daughter and asked for two acrylic sets. I was not greeted and the atmosphere was very unwelcoming and not very friendly. When it was my turn to get my nails everything seemed ok with the lady for awhile until she filed with the electric nail file around my cuticles and cut me. I Pulled my hand back because it hurt and was bleading and she proceeded to tell me that it didn't hurt and it's fine like it was her finger she cut. After It stopped, I asked her to be more gentle and she told me she didn't speak English then spoke English. She was very rude and was rougher than before with my nails and did things loudly and rudely. when it got to putting the tips on I asked for coffin nails but she told me that another shape was prettier, but I insisted on coffin nails. She sighed very loudly and continued to file my nails very roughly yanking on my hand. With my daughters nails, she wanted rhinestones but the guy that did her nails told her that he didn't have any. during the ending when I payed. I saw rhinestones on the desk. so i'm guessing he just didn't want to do them. The girl who checked me out slammed everything and kept sighing. My experience here was very unpleasant, the staff was unprofessional, and my daughter and I were unhappy with the service and nails. We will not be coming back to this establishment. In my opinion don't waste your money; I do not recommend this place."

"I've been doing business with these guys for about 1 year now I loved how my nails were done each and every time. But today I went in with a photo to show them what I wanted I waited patiently and was excited but this time an older woman helped me she approached me and I showed her what I wanted and she sighed so loud and rolled her eye, I didn't think anything of it and I followed her I kept the picture up so she could follow it and she was about to give me the "light bulb" style and I said I'm sorry I wanted the coffin shaped and she slapped the tool and began to file my nails so rough and I gave her the benefit of the dought and kept my mouth shut. An hour of nail filing my nails were feeling sensitive and I'm not being dramatic I mean an HOUR, she kept looking at the clock every minute I mean every minute she kept sighing and yanking my hand, I'm not the confrontational type of person but that this point I felt like an inconvenience to her so I asked if she needed to be somewhere and she looked at me so mean and kept doing my nails towards the end I wanted gems on nails but I said nothing because I wanted to leave so bad. I will never come here again sadly."
