"They haven't been as good within these past few years imo. They don't seem like they try as hard as they used to. Idk, last two times I've gone & spent A LOT of money they just didn't do that great of a job on my mani/pedi's. Plus for a French tip they could've done so much better on my hands and they were PRETTY sloppy.(didn't take pics but they were not great for how much I spent altogether) Thought they took pride in their work. I guess not."

"I wanted Christmas decorations on my nails. Which I was told that they were going to charge me five dollars a nail for any design. Cost fifty dollars for one ❄️ design on each ring finger."

"My wife went in for nails. Nail tech Jason did her work. The tips were never fully glued down and now there is a gap between the tip of the natural nail and acrylic. She went back and Jason told her he would not fix it, she would have to pay full price. She said that he had not glued them down during her visit, which was 3 days prior, and he told her that she needs to go have her nails done by someone better them him. We do not recommend using nail tech Jsason! Maybe you will have better luck with a different nail tech there, but this interaction has put the whole business on the "do NOT visit" list for our list of recommendations."
