Dapper Cuts

"I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Ashlynn for her exceptional skills as a barber! Over the past 5 years, I've only entrusted her and one other barber with cutting my hair. I consider myself fortunate this time around; it took me over a year to find my last barber. Upon moving to GJ, I was blessed to experience her expertise right from the start. Ashlynn is not only friendly, honest, and down-to-earth, but she also genuinely listens to her clients' needs and expectations. As long as I'm local, she'll have my business without a doubt. To the lady who strolled in wearing sunglasses and then proceeded to assemble a goal board behind the counter while I was checking out, timing matters, and that wasn't the right moment. I inquired about my last haircut, and instead of Ashlynn answering, you replied, "Sorry, she can't see that screen." If you aim to boost your staff's efficiency, ensure they can utilize the essential tools. I could have easily scheduled a follow-up appointment without enduring such subpar customer service and learning about your staff's performance rankings."

"The staff was very friendly and nice, which is why I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 star. I wanted a bald cut and full shave. I was hoping for a straight razor, or bic, shave, but she informed me that they only had electric razors. That's fine and I went ahead. Top of the head was done fine, but the face shave was a mess. I was cut under my chin a few times. How does that even happen with electric razors?? Something was probably broken or sticking out, but it got me bleeding and super red under my chin. I think she noticed because I was suddenly done with the shave, even though most of my face still needed more done. I didn't notice the damage until I left after closer inspection. I came home and had to shave my face myself. Kind of pointless to pay for a shave to just have to do it yourself. Maybe the equipment was broken or not good anymore, but it should be up to task in a professional barber shop. Also, maybe they should just avoid doing face shaving altogether."
