"The meatball sandwich was really good! The service, not so much... I pulled up, the window opened, and I got, "Sammich shack, what would you like?" I told the guy behind the window that I had never been there, so I didn't know. He just sat there and said nothing. No take your time, let me tell you a little bit about us and what we have, nothing. Uncomfortable silence that caused me to choose quick. "Chips and a drink?" is all I was asked, after I said no thank you, he charged me by pushing a credit terminal towards me which he held tight, no words mind you as I tried to pull this closer to me to see what I was doing. Then he disappeared for a few min, opened the window, handed me a to-go container and a napkin, and closed the window. No thank you, have a nice day, enjoy, or anything. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, but customer service is more than that. Not sure I'll go back, even though the sandwich was really good."

"I chose to satisfy my hunger at the Samich Shack and I was rewarded. The (Palmer) sandwich was perfect with three meatballs drowning in sauce, cheese, peppers, and a delicious side of fries. The sandwich satisfied, the fries filled, the beer hydrated, and the atmosphere soothed. Moose did a great job preparing my sandy and I liked his style. Eat at the Samich Shack, you will be rewarded."
"The name means business!! Come get some real made to order freshness. My Samich was loaded with bacon, house made guak suace, red onion, pepper jack with two pieces of a well made bread to boot! The gentleman who was Samich chef is the man! Even after I asked him his name I yet lost it in my thoughts. 5/24 was my visit. I'll be back!"
"Absolutely delicious each and every time. Quality ingredients and even better customer service. Wonderful little gem. The aioli and shack sauce on any sandwich is absolutely to die for. The tuna is the best tuna sandwich I've ever had. Bread is always fresh and soft. Meats are always tasty and plentiful. Love all the unique flavors and how they come together. Don't sleep on this place, go support local!!!"
