"Wells Fargo brought out my inner Karen. Had an appointment with Stephan. Stephan was 20 minutes late. He told me he could not set up my business account in less than one hour. He had to reschedule me for another day. He said he would start my business profile so that when I came in for the next appointment things would move along quicker. When I showed up for my appointment Stephan had moved me with another banker and he had not started my business profile. Speaking with the manager got me nowhere. I went straight to Alpine Bank. Way more professional there."
"I left a very detailed, BAD review of this outfit on here this AM based upon the shabby way I was just treated. After 23 years of doing business with them and being treated like some bum who crawled in off the street, their way of improving things is to have the review taken down. Brilliant!"
"Opened a new account and did not receive the bonus. I’ve inquired with the banker a few times now and have not heard anything. It has been several months so I know it has been enough time. Nobody is ever available to answer the phone and the lines are always long. The employees here don’t seem very knowledgeable which is concerning, there is some unprofessionalism, and security doesn’t seem to be of concern."
