Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Waited 30 minutes after the pick up time (45 total) when it was practically empty and the few coming in were immediately being served. When I got the food, someone had the amazing idea of putting glass soda bottles at the bottom of the bag with 6 food items, of course, the bottles shatter as soon as the bag gets set down and the bag leaks everywhere and glass is all in the food. Amazing job team."

"If you order online from this store be prepared to get very small burritos. I ordered online and I picked up my burrito from the drive thru. Price is now $11 for one burrito. When I checked it I was surprised how small it was compared to the burritos you get when you order while in the store. I went into the store to complain and I was told that because I ordered with minimal ingredients it was small. If you stand in the store and order it is a normal size burrito with the same stuff in it. Chipotle employee did not provide any offer to correct my concerns. Btw the parking lot is very small and hard to find parking. Avoid this location and drive a little further to another store or go in and monitor what they are making."

"I've been to all the Chipotles that have been in the Springs since Chipotle opened in the Springs. This location is the absolute best. The food is always great, my order is always accurate and always on time when I do mobile orders. The location is small and the parking lot is not great, sure, but I still go out of my way just to go to this Chipotle over the others because accuracy and quality is what matters."

"This Chipotle is a disaster! My orders through the app are never ready on time. The Chipotlane is always backed up with a long wait especially at dinner time and my orders are usually wrong. They are too busy at this location and the customer service is horrible! The guac i got was gross, old and brown! This last time I went there, they had a huge line behind me while I was at the window and they were making other people’s orders before mine even though it was past my order pick up time?! The manager was not helpful either… I would avoid this location all together! The manager I spoke to refused to give me his or the employee’s name that I had issues with to report them and they don’t wear name tags. The crazy looking red-headed lady is at this window is especially rude and asked me why I come back if they can’t get my order right? This idiot also told me they would have to charge me extra next time I asked for pico on the side because they are behind orders! She then told me to get off “her floor” and never come back. I’m done."

"Got a barbacoa bowl for take out and after two bites kept finding pieces of straight fat. The fat to actual meat ratio is 90:10. They used to taste so fresh like 2 years ago and this is so unacceptable. Quality keeps going down but the prices are still going up exponentially. I’m very disappointed as the meat just didn’t taste fresh either like it was like 2-3 days old and they save and microwave it."
