"Visited this brewery while in Castle Rock for work - Service was excellent, friendly and polite, fast and responsive. Food was good quality, and I went off the menu slightly to order a caesar salad with extra veggies and grilled salmon, which was delicious, and my favorite sweet potato fries. Portions were generous and the price was right."
"We’ve been driving by this place for years during vacation and finally decided to stop and and glad we did. Our server Brian was super cool and fast. Enjoyed a nice IPA in a cozy rustic atmosphere. Wings were delicious as well. Will return!!"
"Almost always start with their IPA new-to-me brewery and the Iron Lung was refreshing and tasty. Ribeye was juicy and hot, but fries cold. Tommy’s service in the bar area was excellent. Very convenient to hotels in area if passing through and certainly worth a visit."
"Really awesome brew pub in Castle Rock, CO. We stopped in while on our way down to Colorado Springs for vacation. They have an Oktoberfest beer already on tap and it was delicious. Wife and I each had a glass. We had their Colorado burger, which has pepper Jack and guacamole, pulled pork sandwich, green chilies pork burrito, and the cowboy burger. Had dessert too. Awesome setting and great staff."
"They have a pretty good IPA and great wings. The Buffalo wings have a cool flavor twist that is surprisingly good. I keep coming back for those two things. The other items I have tried, the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Mac and cheese, were both disappointing. The Mac and cheese wasn’t exactly bad but it was more like a spicy Alfredo pasta than Mac and cheese. Just a misleading name."
