"I usually order from here since it's close to my work and there's no issues most of the time, but tonight I went to go order a coffee and was told there's no more hot coffee. That's not the complaint, though: I said that was fine and tried to order something else but the employee stopped responding to me completely. I tried getting their attention and waited a few minutes but no response at all :("

"My family and I used to go to this Sonic all the time, and when we discovered the app for half priced drinks, we were excited. However, the app glitched for us, saying that they're still making our order, even on a different day. I asked a worker, Jermaine, if he could help us out because of the app glitch. He said he could take care of it and give us half price drinks, but right before he placed the order, the manager, Marcel, stopped him and told him that he could not give us a discount because it wasn't a problem on THEIR end, it was a problem with the app itself. This is not the first time that Marcel has stopped us from having discounts to our food because of a terrible app, but it will be the last now. She has zero customer service skills, and shes more concerned about making a few more pennies in sales than customer satisfaction."
