Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Love chipotle. I am so mad. got a whole bowl of rice. ordered double chicken as well. I got 5 pieces of chicken. I should have taken a picture. I am beyond mad I spent $15 for a bowl that had crumb toppings and full, I mean full of rice! that's what I had for dinner practically. a bowl of carb. a sprinkle of old beans, a sprinkle of brown lettuce and like 5 pieces of corn, and then practically zero chicken even though I paid for double chicken as well."

"It's better to go to the one in lone tree. This location doesn't care. Ordered 2 of the exact same burrito, and they both were different sizes. One was bearly wrapped and a mess with a stale tortilla and the other one was tight wrapped and had next to nothing in it. Everything tasted old and not worth it."

"This Chipotle had staff who clearly knew what they were doing! I've worked in the service industry for a long time and could easily spot a couple of new hires they had. Even with multiple new employees on the line and a VERY busy Friday night, they were incredibly quick, and I had a giant delicious burrito! Thanks for the good experience!"

"We have been ordering here for a few years and nothing ever goes right. They have *never* remembered to put salad dressing in our pickup or delivery order. Also, I ordered a tortilla on the side and it came all crumbled up and crunchy. We are changing locations because we just can’t seem to rely on the service."

"I came here on my lunch break and ordered a steak bowl. I didn’t have much time so I decided to eat back at work. I get to work and there is no steak at all. It’s too far to go back and get guy checking me out didn’t give me a receipt or offer just crumpled it up. So I was way overcharged to what is basically a veggie bowl that I didn’t even order. What a true disappointment! Every time I go to this one it’s lacking."
