"We drove 4 hrs away to try the new cookies. Paid 9$ for cookies we waited 35 minutes and never got our cookies employees said they didn’t know when they were ready and were super rude. Now im out $9 and my kids are in tears. 9$ is an hour of work for me at my minimum wage suburban suits job. We took money out of our strict budget and now our whole budget and year is ruined."

"Good pizza, great price, horrible service. Don't bother calling in pizzas early, they don't put them into the oven until you actually pay at the kiosk either way... just waited over a half an hour for a pizza I called in. The excuse I was given was that they were "too busy" to make sure it was out in the 15 minutes they quoted me... good thing I'm not hungry Editing one year later... nothing has changed. They didn't even call my number and left me there waiting for my food for a half hour... never coming back"
"It’s always crowded, always dirty. They never have anything stocked either. I understand how busy it is on a day to day basis, but I would imagine a higher up would have an absolute fit if they saw how bad the stations could get. There are quite a few employees there at Costco. You would assume someone would come check on things every once in a while. Oh, and don’t bother trying to call in. They will ignore your calls. If you do get an answer, they will pretend they don’t hear you and hang up."
"So good! Super cheap and delicious food and drinks and the staff are really nice and quick! Will definitely eat here again! Seating available as well."
