"I get my lattes at Canyon Coffee, guess I'm spoiled. Tried one at Ziggys today. What a disappointment! Tasted like coffee with cream. At Canyon Coffee it takes awhile to make their creamy lattes. At Ziggys, mine was done in the blink of an eye. No, I won't be going back. But you should try Canyon Coffee if you are ever driving through Coal Creek Canyon, Hwy 72. GREAT bakes good to,!"

"I've been coming to this ziggis since it opened. The coffee is so good. I've always appreciated how warm and friendly the staff was. It seems there has been a recent change of all new people aside from one that really don't seem to have any enthusiasm or customer service skills. The original staff knew me by name and always chatted with me and smiled and were so nice. I looked forward to that interaction. Now it's just transactional with no kind of connection. I particularly miss Madison and a few others that were/are truly amazing staff. I never do reviews but the difference is so drastic I felt like it should be heard."
"This is a newer location on Highway 72. The drinks are excellent but different from other chains. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It's nice to have a great coffee house on the way toward Coal Creek canyon. Would recommend."
