"To add to the list of 5 star reviews, I also shared a similar experience while going to La Huacha. Having recently moved to Golden, I came here not knowing what to expect, and the food was just so tasty and fresh. You really can't go wrong with anything you get from here. I typically order the veggie tacos, which are always delicious and come with some equally good sauces on the side. I have also ordered the horchata, the churros, and chipotle fries on different occasions, and all those were also great. Fairly priced menu and a very relaxed atmosphere with benches for seating. The owners are both very nice and accommodating to any food requests as well. The food is also very quick, and even on busy days have not waited for more than 10 minutes. All of that being said, highly recommend going here!"
"Just moved to Golden a year ago and havent been able to find anything even close to authentic Mexican food. However today, I’ve found my new favorite place! Being from a border town and family all across Mexico, I can honestly say this place is delicious. Everything is made how it’s supposed to taste. Try the Pastor Tacos"
"Super good burrito! House sauce is also very nice. This is gonna become a regular spot of mine! Only open for a late lunch/ dinner. Burrito was super messy, so not good for driving but they have a nice seating area. Churros smelled really nice as well!"
"wow. this place is absolutely AMAZING! the food is so flavorful, creative, and authentic. i loved the al pastor chipotle fries and the horchata, and the tacos blew me away. i would highly recommend getting the special if they have one. service was quick and people were so nice, and prices were very good!"
"Excellent tacos. We got the asada, pastor and chorizo tacos and loved every one of them. Each taco is made fresh to order. Prices were reasonable and food was hot and flavorful. Food truck was well maintained and clean with a nice seating area. The owners: Francisco and his wife are so friendly, kind and accommodating."
