Lot One

"Nice neighborhood restaurant. Good menu selections. Tasty beverage and bar options as well. A bit crowded on weekends and can be quite loud making it difficult for conversation should you be seated in the center of the restaurant. Food was ample and seasoned well. Staff was a little stretched the night we dined. Recommend breakfast and lunch but elsewhere should you want dinner conversation. Not the restaurants fault, acoustics of the building. O real a good place to eat in the hood or should you live nearby."

"It has a clean and modern interior and a nice terrace seat. The food was also really fresh and delicious. Especially the grilled chicken on the salad was amazing. I want to try dinner next time."

"Came here for Sunday brunch and had an amazing experience! Our server, CJ, was kind and attentive throughout our visit and gave us great recommendations. We both enjoyed a latte and the Nashville Benedict and smothered burrito were both excellent! Also love restaurants that still drop off a check at the end of your meal. We will definitely be back!"

"We were in Arvada for a birthday party that ran late and were looking for a good place to stop for dinner at 8pm. Lot One had a great looking menu so we decided to stop in. It’s a smaller restaurant in a quiet shopping center in the Five Forks neighborhood with a laid back vibe. The patio was beautiful and it was a cool night, so we dined outside. Service was pretty slow, but we did show up an hour before close. Everyone seemed busy trying to close up for the night. We didn’t have a check back on our meals until we were pretty much through. Thankfully, the food was good. We didn’t order anything too adventurous seeing as it was so late in the evening. The romaine had a good char on it for the Caesar salad and the chicken was nicely seasoned. Prices on kids meals were a bit steep considering what was served. The fresh side options were great. The presentation in the baking tins was cute. Overall, we would return when in the area."

"Lot One has been on my list of restaurants to try for awhile and last night it finally happened. It has a very handsome, warm, industrial appeal to it. We came on a Friday, early evening, during happy hour. We ordered shishito peppers, crispy salt n’ pepper chicken bites, Brussels sprouts and the Farmers Cheese. Wow! Lot One was everything I was hoping it would be. The Brussels Sprouts were cooked perfectly. I really liked how they were lightly charred on the outside. Those crispy little pieces of leaf are so delicious. The y were sprinkled with bacon bits and drizzled with a chipotle aioli which had a little kick of spice at the end. The Farmer’s Cheese was light and buttery with a hint of sweetness from the honey. It was served with slices of toast. I would have loved to have a few apple wedges, strawberries and/or a variety of thin toasts with this cheese. The crispy salt n’ pepper chicken bites were my favorite. These were one of the best chicken bites I’ve ever tried. They were so light - crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. This is what I think of when I hear “popcorn chicken”. The shishito peppers were the most basic of the appetizers but they were still good. I wish they had a little more of something to add pizazz. Our server was friendly and helpful. She offered great suggestions and took care of us. I cannot wait to come back for brunch!"
