Sam's Club

"For the fundamental concept of "wholesale/bulk purchase & membership = good prices", it generally falls a bit short, at least in grocery items. I can consistently find most grocery items of equal quality for significantly better prices per amount, at Walmart or Winco, and with less loss of personal privacy & data involved, as my purchases and consumer behavior aren't being monitored directly through a membership ID. As well, though the rotisserie chicken remains an incredible deal at $5, I've experienced several times that the chicken is a bit undercooked (it won't pull apart at the joints even with forceful twisting; white meat doesn't separate cleanly when pulled with a fork but has the pulpy or mashy consistency of partially raw meat). I would attribute this to poorly trained staff not checking cooking temperatures appropriately. Costco has the chicken at the same great price and I haven't experienced undercooking issues with theirs. The reason I do give 3 stars despite the above is that the prepared veggie/fruit trays and meals (enchiladas, taco kit, pot pies) are good and typically somewhat better priced than Costco, and there are some occasional very good deals on clothing items."

"Great experience with Tomra while checking out! Otherwise, the store is clean and well organized/stocked. Their cafe is extremely popular for lunch and dinner. It’d be nice if they had more seating and cafe staff during those times."

"This place has gone down hill, I got new tires here and they have a leak, when I call I get connected to an outside source and not the actual shop cause they say they are busy! Literally everytime I go here the employees are sitting out in the shop talking! Don’t blame them I’ve heard how the lazy managers run and treat employees! Fire all the managers at this location and start fresh"

"It's your basic big box membership store. When pushing for membership their gasoline is cheap, but lately it's near average for the area. One of the things they have been known for in the past is their sample carts. However, they have only had two, or three operating at one time lately. Costco usually has more operating."

"Sam’s club in Logan is our go-to for bulk shopping. All the staff are always so kind and helpful, even when the place is super busy. In our last trip, the food court was really busy but the staff still took the time to make our ice cream so pretty! I mean, look at the pretty gold flake sprinkles! We also got a pizza, pretzel, and drink and they were great too. My family will always be shopping here at Logan’s Sam’s Club!"
