"*Edited in response to owners reply- Looking at your replies to people’s reviews on July validates how poorly you run this business. You never assume accountability, you simply say “it’s not our fault, it’s your problem” which is pretty pathetic. There’s a review here about how unsafe someone felt when a window was broken and you told them to be happy it wasn’t their window… seriously? Your hotel is full of drug use, and no… it’s not a safe area. I recant my review of how poor my stay way to focus on how poor the response for management is. Grow up and learn what customer service is. **Reply Look again, its there unless you deleted your reply to it. And to answer your other question, (lol) yes... I have seen it. I actually have been to concerts across the street where people have said they bought drugs from people doing extended stays with you. And right outside your fence along the gas station, every time I walk up that road to go home people say "yo you need something?" go look right now, I GUARANTEE they are there. Yesterday there was a dude leaning up against the fence in a black ski mask that asked me. Im a big dude, that doesn't scare me.. I am just saying you sitting here trying to defend your hotel is comical. That block is known from crack and fentanyl in denver. Thats not your fault, you are correct but don't act like you have a fence that protects it. there's no gate to get inside the fence you just drive in and the first room is 30 feet from the street and literally anyone can walk up the stairs to get to each room no room key required. I love that you are telling me to grow up as a business owner on your reviews too. Manager of the year"

"This is a $60 per night hotel, but due to location its $130 plus $15 per night for parking. Hotel is going through some updates, but could do with a few more. No fridge or microwave in room and homeless camp outside 7/11 observed from windows 24/7. Talking of windows, they need a net curtain otherwise anyone looks in. This is a C- Hotel"

"The only reason this hotel retains its value is solely due to its location. It is conveniently situated near a lot of Denver’s clubs, bars and music venues and that is the ONLY good thing about this place.Your room won’t be cleaned well or on time. There’s a strange smell that permeates out of the drains. Parking will always be overcrowded you will need to fight for a spot, get boxed in and risk car damage or get yelled at by staff because they don’t have proper signage for their handicap zones oh and if you’re lucky you’ll get all three. Finally, if you’re looking for a quiet and safe environment this is not it! There is always a siren or ambulance nearby, fireworks or gunshots are a frequent background sound, on top of this there’s always the daily occurrence of someone having a mental breakdown in the street. The ONLY reason this place is in business is solely due to its convenient location and it seems the owners know this which is why there is a complete disregard in all aspects of this hotel. God bless whoever works here because they are not getting paid enough"

"Stayed here for a night while I was in Denver. The room was clean and stocked with soap and coffee. The heat worked great, and the gentleman at the front desk was professional, courteous and accommodating. Minimum effort, and they even had some breakfasty items in the morning with hot coffee. Got my deposit back. No hassle. Thanks for taking care of me! Id stay here again"

"I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed the last 7 nights on the 3rd floor... Trevor at the Front Desk had informed us prior to checking in that there was renovation going on on the 3rd floor where we were assigned to be for the week to meet our room accommodations... NO PROBLEM! Those men and women worked tirelessly to make the 3rd floor as accessible as possible and still work to make their daily deadlines! They did such a great job! The staff was laughing and enjoying their jobs behind the desk as well as on each floor for housekeeping. That is a HUGE green flag when people can enjoy their jobs! Everyone did such a spectacular job and would recommend to my friends to stay when they need close access to ALL THINGS DENVER!"
