"I started a policy 1 day. The very next day I wanted to cancel it before the money was even pending from my account. (Another company slashed their price in half) The girl I was texting with said the cancelation was "all taken care of" that I didn't need to call corporate. Waited 3 days for a refund to show up, it never did. I had to call corporate. They informed me no cancelation request was ever put in at all ever, and they were glad I called. Seems like you can never trust what a big company tells you. She told me she had it done and for me not to worry. My bank info wasn't even saved even though a payment was taken directly out. So I have to wait on a check for a refund."
