CVS Pharmacy

"45 minutes for a pharmacist to pick up the phone. Confirmed pharmacy hours. Came in, drive thru is closed. No signage. No one knows what basic syringe my prescription uses, which is very bizarre because I pick up my prescription from this location every month and they give it to me with 0 issues. I literally stood there for like 10 minutes while they had to ask."

"Update 7/27/2023: Please understand this location is severely understaffed due to CVS Corporate policies. The Pharmacy staff that DO show up everyday do not need your passive aggressive hate, or bad energy, lets practice kindness to the people that show up everyday. Otherwise: Amazon offers Free Prescription Delivery if you want to switch!!! Be kind to the pharmacy staff here, and remember THEY DO NOT make the schedule or the policy to run staff ultra lean, only Corporate can do that!"

"Dropped off a prescription at 5:15 and was told it would be 45+ min for it to be ready (which is fine). I specifically asked what time they closed and was told 7pm. I returned to the store at 6:54 and could hear the gates being closed as I walked back to the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy 6:55 with the gate already closed. The pharmacist made eye contact with me a couple times but said nothing. I finally made some noise at 6:57 and was then told by a technician “we’re closed, you can come back in the morning”. To which I responded with “no, it’s 6:57 and you don’t close until 7”. I was finally able to pick up my RX but not without making a stink about it first. I asked if they made a “habit” of closing the gates early and was told “yes a few minutes early so we can finish up what needs to be done and not take any NEW scripts for the day”. ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I get being busy and working a long day, but if you’re open until 7pm you should not be shutting your gates at 6:54pm."

"Two stars because the employees have always been respectful and professional. That being said, the last two times I went to refill my prescription has been a nightmare. They randomly close due to staffing shortages, and you have to try and call corporate to get you medicine transferred if you need it that day. Not always successful. This last time, I had to go back to my doctor and get a new prescription entirely. I know it's not the employees' fault, as they need time off. But CVS needs to find a solution or redirect phone calls if they can't staff a location so people aren't helpless waiting for medicine."

"The worst CVS Pharmacy! We have used CVS for years and transitioned to this location a few years back. But, as of late, they won't answer their phones. I get that they are a lot busier than they used to be, but the notion that they could be ignoring the phones or just severely under staffed. Not sure what the case is, but I can tell you when you visit in person, you can feel the high anxiety from this bunch. They will talk as fast as they can to get to the next customer. There's no feeling they care or are concerned. It's kind of sad, because we are very loyal to this brand and wish they felt the same."
