"It feels like the King Soopers around the Denver-Metro area are in a race to see how terrible and annoying they can make their stores. 20 self-checkouts, but only 5 are open and only 1 other register was open. King Soopers and other grocery chains put the onus of checking/bagging groceries on you while 15 employees stand around doing nothing. The other employees are busy standing in middle of aisles making it frustrating to walk around the store."

"Called to see if my prescription was there or if it was transferred because the app has not been working and I didn't know if my transfer request went through. Sat on hold for 15 minutes and when someone finally answered, she was rude to me. Long story short, my prescription was transferred but she kept asking me if I wanted it filled there or not and talking to me like I was stupid. I'm glad my prescriptions were transferred to another King Soopers where they are actually nice to their customers."

"Called pharmacy at 6:30 and was on hold for several minutes only to get a person say “pharmacy is close call back tomorrow” then immediately hanged up. Hours show they’re open until 7, but if that has changed, then Please have the decency to give me a heads up instead of just hanging up."

"In June of 2018 I had an off putting interaction with one of the pharmacists which led me to leave a three star review but due to well priced medication had to suck it up and stick it out with this pharmacy. I am truly glad I did. The team has been efficient and friendly time and time again and now know me and and my family by name. Moral of the story is that anyone can have an off day and that’s ok."
